Wow... just Wow!
Off the charts delicious house made chocolate. Located in a little old building in Nashvilleās hip Eastside, they are a retail shop and factory all in one. They offer tours of exactly how they make their unique confectionary offerings like ... Duck Fat Caramel, Chocolate aged in Bourbon Barrels and an amazing thing called Chocuterie (think of a salami roll that is made of chocolate & dried strawberries).
I Love their āSeersuckerā line of sea salt dark chocolate, cherry cordials and salted bourbon caramel. The packaging is creative, old school design that make for great gifts. We took some of the Chocuterie to the beach this past summer and it was a big hit.
Awesome friendly staff and really cool place located right in the neighborhood. You can shop on line, but you really need to do yourself a favor and Check it...

I visited the chocolate factory for a tour to celebrate my birthday along with my mom. At the end of the first part of the tour, I became very sick and dizzy. I left the tour to go to my car, and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground going in and out of consciousness with the employees of Olive and Sinclair checking to see if I was okay. I honestly don't know how I ended up on the ground. They ran to get my mom, helped her escort me to my car, and even refunded us the tour. I learned they also told her of a hospital to take me to as well since we were visiting the city.
I'm so thankful for them and their kind spirits. Please visit because they're good people ā¤ļø *the pic is the only shot I could take before the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have enjoyed Olive & Sinclair chocolate for several years now and was so happy to be able tour their production facility. It is truly amazing the effort put into their amazing candies. We learned where they source their beans from, the roasting and shelling process and all about the melangers used to refine the nibs into liquid deliciousness. When you hear that their products are hand-crafted, you really donāt understand to what extent that means; flavorings (candied lemon, coffee beans, bourbon infused nibs, peppermint) are hand sprinkled into bar moulds that are hand filled. Those bars are wrapped by a machine, but are boxed by hand. This is an amazing place to visit and you will not walk away empty-handed. The tour is about 45 minutes and well worth the time and small...
