So my condominium has flooded. On Friday I come home to water on my floor. I wake up my roommate and we go to see where the water is coming from and we hear water running inside the wall. My roommate immediately contacts the community manager Tiffany and explains we have a flooded condo. I'm not sure on what the conversation was but no solution was communicated to him. I then contact Tiffany on the emergency maintenance contact number which is another cell phone Tiffany has possession of, as she answers she is highly irritated. I explain in detail what is going on and she tells me she is going to come to the property and that she lives 35 minutes away. When she arrives she has who she describes as her sister property maintenance guy. He does mot have on any uniform or any equipment with him to fix a flooded comdo. He and Tiffany looks for the root cause and comes up with no solution. She assured me and my roommate that a crew would show up to clean up the water and also fix the issue that caused the flood. The company Serv Pro arrives and they now assure my roommate that they do not handle any plumbing what so ever so Tiffany says she has contacted a plumber and he will arrive sometime before the night ends. Serv Pro were efficient at cleaning up the water and no plumber showed up. It is now Saturday and a plumber shows up this morning and investigates. He comes to the conclusion that it's the plumbing system and they need to be investigated and fixed. He say he will communicate this information to Tiffany. 5 hours later at 4 o'clock the flood starts again and it's slow but it's coming from under the wall in the kitchen. My roommate goes to the front office and alerts the desk tenate and she tells him that someone will come out to check it out. Well 2 hours later the flood speeds up and the ceiling begins to leak now my entire floor is covered in water once again. I immediately contact the emergency maintenance number and Tiffany picks up and I explain what is happening. She then tells me she is on the way and that the tenate above me has aslo contacted her explaining that her restroom sink is overflowing with brown water. An hour later the flood stops and my apartment is still covered in water but haven't heard from Tiffany I call her back to check if she was close and she tells me she is in the front office. I go there to see what the solution is to this issue and she tells me she has contacted a plumber but no one is available at the moment. This makes 3 hours the Avenue has known about this issue and no one has been able to come out to fix this issue. I am currently waiting on a plumber as I finish...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived here for 2 years and could never get any of my maintenance requests filled. They don't hire actual companies to fix problems, they just get people who live there who are not actual maintenance to TRY to fix them. I lived with a broken dishwasher for over 1 1/2 years and despite repeated attempts to have it fixed and multiple maintenance men passing through, nothing was done. There was serious infestations of roaches and other bugs in the kitchen, stove eyes, underneath refrigerator and dishwasher and in the cabinets. A bug man showed up one day and bug bombed my kitchen with my pregnant wife and dog present and mentioned nothing about if they needed to leave the apartment for risk of being exposed to something toxic. My wife experienced headaches and dizziness periodically that day and caused us serious emotional distress for fear of our unborn child. We could smell gas at night like there was a leak coming from the closet when we turned on the heat, possibly carbon monoxide. There was black mold by all of the air vents in the unit causing me, my wife, and my dog to sneeze and scratch, which again were ignored and then deleted from the online portal. There was multiple times making maintenance requests and being called by "maintenance men" to confirm when they could come to fix our requests. One particular day we waited all day long and no one ever showed up. You can never get anyone on the phone in the front office and Temetria, the property manager, was personally rude and disrespectful to me and racist towards my wife, suggesting that the reason maintenance could not get into our apartment was because she "did not speak good English", which was an excuse for why nothing was done. Not only did my maintenance requests go unfilled, but on the online portal, the requests were deleted over and over. The first image was the inside of my broken dishwasher filled with roaches. The final three images were from the laundry room where there was an open hole in the ceiling where, when it rained water poured through causing dirty rain water to flood the laundry room floor and creating a horrible musty smell. The dryers were so dirty inside that our clothes came out more dirty than they started. The towel bar in the bathroom broke off and was never repaired. Blinds in our bedroom broke and were never repaired. Fitness equipment was shoddy and never worked. Swimming pool was always filled with leaves. Usually when you pay 1400$ in rent, it would feel like luxury but this was everything BUT. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I don't like to make reviews like...

If I could give zero stars I would . No maintenance at all , my air was out for 5 days before it could be fixed , I had to live in 90 degree conditions for FIVE days. I put a request to get my mailbox fixed almost a year ago and still not fixed! When I first moved into the apartments the electricity in the entire front half of my apartment went out and no one came to fix it until 4 months later ! The tub always get stopped up I have to continue to pull hair and god knows what else out there drain every week just so it will drain . The plumbing is terrible having to flush the toilet multiple x for it to completely flush , also roaches! You pay for pest control and I’ve had pest control come ONE time within the last year , and the brown recluses are BAD ! I also stayed on top of the worst neighbors it was constant domestic violence and police getting called . Loud arguing and fights almost every other night , when emailing the office nothing was done! I had to put up my own security camera because someone was going around egging and vandalizing cars and the office did nothing about . It’s always a new person in the office and they are almost always extremely rude! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before moving here and I’m glad I’m moving ! Please apply else where and trust all of the reviews ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...
