Blue Coast Burrito — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I just have to say that my experience yesterday was noteworthy. We eat here often and it is always good, but yesterday as we were working on funeral planning for my grandma I thought to pick up lunch and my dad suggested blue coast. I made the order online with a lot of separate things. We are just down the road so I was early but I knew it was a lot of things and willing to wait. I was asked by multiple people if I had been helped and assured they were working quickly. When my order was brought to me she said “I’m sorry I took a minute I wanted to make sure it was all correct”. It was right on time with the projected time to be ready. She also said “I saw the quesadilla had two names on it and I thought it might be for kids so I gave you a bigger container so they don’t fight”. She was absolutely correct and that was amazing. Everything was labeled with the names and it was easy to pull out and feed a large crowd with specific orders. It was truly a great experience on a heavy day. I am leaving this review out of love - out of hope that this place will return to its former glory. I have been a Blue Coast fan my entire life and still am a huge fan (of other locations; not this one). I have come to this specific location my whole life, but a couple of years ago, my family and I noticed a complete shift. It is now DIRTY, the food is OLD, and it is just not good. About a year ago, I decided not to come back to this location because it is so unclean it makes me lose my appetite. Today, I decided to give it another shot (big mistake). I came in late after just arriving to Nashville. I was looking for a quick healthier option for a late dinner. I came in 10 minutes before closing time and the staff was friendly. I ordered my food as quickly as possible so as not to delay them any getting out of there. I appreciate their service even though they were in the process of cleaning and shutting down. First experience with this restaurant chain and i was some what impressed. Only knock I have is that they didn't have any spicy sauces! Get some spice please!
