I've been going to Firehouse, including this location, for years, and this is consistently the worst location of any I've been to. The food quality keeps getting worse, when it's consistently good at other locations so it's obviously just poor prep work. As for the service, well, let me describe a recent visit.
Arriving at the very beginning of dinnertime, the dining room was filthy. They wouldn't have been busy enough to produce that for hours, so the only explanation is they're just lazy, supported by them just hanging out behind the counter doing nothing.
From start to finish, all communication was done though mumbles. Like they clearly didn't want to deal with customers.
They got every part of our order wrong, and (and as a result of that) overcharged us. When I told them that, they didn't apologize and try to fix it, argue about it, or anything in between. They just collectively looked at me funny, turned around, walked away, and went about their business. I couldn't get them to even discuss the possibility of fixing it. I was bewildered, to say the least.

Read moreI ordered two medium subs, one roast beef, on white bread and mayonnaise and cheese only. One Italian on wheat bread. They messed up the order so I came back in for him to make it. All I got was attitude because I was standing here watching him make it. This guy needs to go back to management school or whatever the hell. When did firehouse sub quit saying welcome to firehouse cause they didn’t do it this time and I didn’t feel too welcome. The second time. This needs to be reviewed for the quality and the care they give to the customer. I was not happy by the time I got out of there and I gave him a nice IQ score when I left. Then call back and talk to the manager and all she could talk about was the IQ score not necessarily the employee that doesn’t know how to deal with things. When I returned my sandwiches, he threw them the trash and act like I was the guy that messed up the order. I only had to tell him four times after the order was messed up exactly what I wanted. The manager seemed real nice, but she even had asked twice. The store needs to be reviewed...
Read moreLook I get COVID is a thing, but this is the first place I've ever been in that doesn't have actual cup dispensers out for customer usage. Limes for cherry limeaid, THEIR SIGNATURE DRINK, are apparently per customer request only.
... But they were out, and the guy I talked to didn't know the difference between a lime and a lemon.
Then it took 30 minutes to get my food. I'm skipping this place from now on. I don't even trust that my food order is even right.
Edit: Dropped from 2 stars to 1. Hi Anna/Guest Services! I made a review here. Why don't YOU contact the general manager and figure out what's going on? I shouldn't have to reach out to the general manager myself when their store is screwing up. My only role should be giving a store money, and they give me my sandwich in less than 30 minutes.
