Where idealistic young lovers once walked there are only desperate rocky paths of reality. Where families gamboled there are the manic dustdevils of dead leaves and bitter memories. Above it all H.G. Hill's log cabin - on stilts, no less - broods silently; awaiting the day someone comes to fill it's drafty empty rooms with the used-up bodies of Nashville's underclass.
