Absolutely poor management and let me explain why to anyone who may be interested in applying to this location or the one in bellevue where I wasn’t treated fairly. I am a 28 year old trans person who was in dire need of a job and didn’t have much food, nice clothes, or a decent car but it was RELIABLE. I drove 30 minutes to this interview and met with Terry who is the general manager of the Charlotte pike location. When I arrive he was very unprofessional and insisted that we interview outside in the hot burning sun as I sweat and sweat and sweat. The more he spoke with me and the more I explained my experience with the food industry the more he began to change his story around on me. He initially need a Shift Leader. And I needed a job I was honest hungry and haven’t eaten in a day but I’m clean I dressed businesses professionally for this cookie shop. I lost my brother who was killed and lost my job when it happened I was traumatized and could not work! Terry promise me a position as a Baker for 12 an hour after he told me he wasn’t sure if he could give the Shift Leader position anymore which wasn’t what he said in the beginning. He totally switched his story around, and so I told him I would take the baker position instead! He quickly agreed and I thought we were on the same page. He told me to look out for onboarding emails and I did just that. Never got any emails, never got any texts. I waited all day and all night. The next morning I call and ask to speak to the District manager Kelcy, to touch base with her about the situation. Just like anybody else who really needs a job would do. He began to ask me why I wanted to speak with her and at first didn’t want to give me her number. He knew why I was calling exactly. It took me asking him 5 times for him to give me the district managers number to speak to. When contacting Kelcy she told me that perhaps the 30 minutes drive was too far. I don’t think this is fair I was willing wan waiting and hoping tho have a job I didn’t care if I had to drive 30 minutes if it meant that I can feed myself and my family. Read moreNEW UPDATED REVIEW: We made another visit today for my daughters graduation because she loves Crumbl and wanted a 12 pack for her graduation. I ordered thru the app ahead of time so we could pick up and leave. I got there and my order was not ready. I waited patiently as I watched them get it ready. They brought an order to the counter and the girl said a name but not very loud and clear so I thought she said my last name but she said a different name similar to mine. I picked up the order but the figured out it was another waiting customer order and I apologized. Also, the cookies were a bit flat and crispy around the edges, something that we are not use to from Crumble. We were disappointed because usually they are always nice and soft , never crispy or flat, like they are a bit overcooked. This location could use a bit more training in customer service and maybe getting the cookies consistent when cooking.

Read moreI came to this location on Tuesday 7/29/ 25 around 4:15 pm. I walked in I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged in any way. It was 2 employees there. A white guy and a girl by the name of Ingrid. I stood and waited for maybe 10 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. While I was there 2 other customers came in and were greeted by her. She even made eye contact with me a few times still no acknowledgment. She asked the guy customer that was there if he needed help while I was overlooked.
