I bought a car about 2 years ago and at first was so excited that I didn't think much of the check engine light that was on. I took it back and they fixed it for me and I was thankful until the next problem came up, and the next problem and the next until basically my engine is out of use. I've spent 5 thousand of my own money because I didn't want to bother Brian any further but when it came to a point of the car not running I asked Brian if he wouldn't mind helping me out since I haven't asked for any help with all the other problems that came with the car. He took it and after a day told me it wasn't worth it to work on it and that he was going to get me in a new car. All is well until it turns out he just wanted to sell me another car. Just had Steve take over (who by the way did everything he could to help me and is greatly appreciated) and didn't have anything else to do with my situation. My original car was just sitting there for about a month while payments were still stacking and Brian told me it would be taken care of. Now it turns out I can't get into a different car and they're sending me on my way with my car that doesn't even start and 3 payments past due. Brian acted as if he was being nice by referring me to the person that would charge me $2000 to fix my car but didn't offer any type of further help on the lemon he had sold me. I personally wouldn't do business here unless you want to pay for the problems that's coming with it. If nothing else have a real mechanic do a full inspection before any purchases. I was told Brian was especially caring and sensitive to younger people but it honestly seems like he's just ready to make his...
Read moreI'm not the type to post reviews, but my experience buying a truck here was amazing and I wanted to share. Everyone that I encountered on this lot were kind and helpful (not pushy at all). The truck I settled on was a little out of my price range, but they worked with me on the price and I was able to drive her off the lot that day. The truck I bought had just came on the lot and they hadn't had a chance to service it and run it through their normal procedures before they sell it. They did warn me about this before I purchased it. The condition of the truck was great and after test driving it I was convinced it was my truck. Fast forward to 2 days later, I notice that the truck had an oil leak and was losing oil pressure. My heart dropped because I had bought the truck "as is" no warranty. I called Bryan at rite car to see if he had more information on the history of the vehicle. I told him my situation and he told me to bring the truck back. He said he never would have sold me the truck had he known it had those issues. Not only did they fix my truck out of their pockets, they also gave me a loaner truck to drive in the mean time. Here I am today with my truck that's running perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I would/will recommend this lot to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. They actually care about what they are putting on the road, and the definitely care about their...
Read moreMy daughter was looking for her first car purchase. We saw a great looking Maxima she fell in love with. we got there and the paint job was not good at all. We were quite surprised. So, that's not good. However, when talking to the salesman, he was fair. He asked what we were looking at spending. We told him. He, surprisingly, offered to have the car painted, and still possibly get it at our price. I told him we'd like to see the paint job first. He provided us with a carfax at our request and didn't hesitate as some might do. He asked us if we change our mind, to let us know because he thinks he can sell the car without painting it. My daughter has decided not to buy. but, I will say that I thought the salesman was understanding and fair to us while also looking out for his company. while I can't say if the car would've have had any issues after buying, the overall experience we had...
