They bent over backwards to help us in our time of need when Hampton Inn in Natchez cancelled our reservation the day we were to check in due to their overlooking. They made some calls and got us into a B&B instead of us driving 2 hours round trip to stay in another Hampton Inn in McComb. Hampton Inn at least gave us a gift card for the trouble, but the Natchez Visit Center saved us a lot of driving, gave us a discount on the tour package, and made our plans for visiting antebellum homes on the Spring Pilgrimage tour...

The ladies at the center drew us a map but the entrance was not marked from the area we came from so we drove past it. The rangers didn't come out of the office on time and left a group of us kinda of wondering that was going on. You don't have to pay for a tour and now I wished I hadn't. Yes it's a beautiful spread out well built manor but the tour is in a building...if you have time to cover the grounds. Do that...
