The worst experience ever. The female barista was beyond rude to me. She acted like she did not want to have to deal with me. I ordered 2 iced coffees and a bag of coffee to go. My hands were full and she didn't offer to help grab the bag for me. She was more than relieved when she didn't have to grind the coffee for me. Heaven for bid. One of my coffee cups had a crack in the cup and was spilling everywhere. When I was standing there attempting to get help she stared at me and said "yeah". When I told her what was happening she ripped the cup out of my hand dumped what was left in a new cup and shoved it back in my already full hands. Wow. No hospitality and I walked out with a 3/4 ice coffee. She obviously couldn't be bothered with an apology or making a new coffee so I could get the value that I had paid for. I've never been made to feel like such a bother. So much for trying to support a local business while passing through...

Read moreI recently spent an entire afternoon in The Steampunk Coffee Roasters in glorious Natchez, Mississippi and i must say it was the time of my life. As a former Coffee House owner steeped in the traditions of New Orleans I can verify that this small town establishment is first rate. The people who work there are delightful and professional and the ambiance is beautiful as it is housed in an ancient Freedman's cabin of national importance. The founders of this establishment absolutely had the right idea and their passion for the business has passed into all of the wonderful adorably cute people who work there! I can't say enough about this place and everyone should know a trip to Natchez is incomplete without stopping in. To the lovely Robert, Miranda, Conner, Rudy, Micah, Miss O, and of course Janice of The Castle, thank you for being so welcoming and allowing me to feel like I sit at that bar everyday. All my love and well wishes, Kevin Wiggs...
Read moreThe service was prompt and friendly but I did not go for the coffee or food I went for the humidor but not much really going on in this humidor very small selection coupled with extremely high prices granted this is the only place in Natchez with cigars for the most part maybe one or two other places none of them have an actual selection but this guy is definitely proud of the cigars that he sells you would think he's in the back rolling them himself when you see his prices I pretty much did the math while I was in there sing me everything he had was damn near exactly twice the price of what you would pay for any of those cigars online or at a cigar store anywhere else in the country apparently this is a certified retirement community that does not like to spend their retirement money wisely or at least the owner of this shop thinks so. I do have to say that a remarkably nice well curled mustache. I mean if it's 1845 and you're into that...
