A nice park among the casinos on the strip. It is a little hard to find since everything nearby has 'park' in its name. The sculptures are at the west end and the fountain is at the east end (you can't see one from the other because of the trees). The fountain draws people to itself to touch the water, a testament to the desert climate of Las Vegas.
There are also planter gardens with an assortment of desert plants and informational signs.

I'm surprised it has no fence, stanchions, ropes, nothing to keep out undesirable individuals. I DO see a nearly constant presence of police and/or security....
