ARIA Poker Room — Attraction in Paradise

So me and my friends have our name down for the 1-3 and we sat the right in front the poker room. After 5 mins of waiting they called our name so we walked over the counter(didn’t took us more then 10 seconds) Alisa the host was having conversations with 2 gentlemans that did not sign in when they arrived and Alisa decide to let the 2 gentleman cut in front of us after calling us to the counter and Alisa’s Explanation was we missed our call. Normally poker does call out names 3 times before moving on to the next person but we showed up at the counter less than 10 second. I’ll definitely not going to play here cuz the mistreating and it’s so unprofessional how Alisa handle the situation, she could have discussed the situation with us and solve things out but instead she lie to our face and I don’t want to pull the racist card but I think because we form Asia and she can easily Get away with things cuz she probably think she can bully us around. Well. The poker room is really nice .But tonight the general manager name Ryan gave me I think it’s really bad ruling. In plo hand. Main pot is about700. Player bet 300. I said 1500. And dealer said only 1080. He think about it and called that amount but it’s actually 1500. Floor Ryan came made the decision allow that player to put the 300 in the pot. And reconsider his decision.because the pot is incorrect. So let say he is going to not call my 1500 dollar bet. But he still going to call 1080. That decision does not change at all. That 1080amount should put out there. And reconsider whether he is going to call my 1500 which is 420 more. But instead. He allow that play to just put 300 out there. Eventually he fold. On the other hand. Let’s saying I put few 1000$ Dollars chip out there and say pot . How I’m know What is correct amount. It dealer and players responsibility to calculate the pot . If he say call and put the chips in the pot. It’s a clear call. Disappointed. Dress suit act like a professional but it’s actually not. Go figure Ryan....

This poker room is the best in Vegas, and with staff members like Farida, you'll be well taken care of!

Farida truly is the best pit boss I have ever experienced. She keeps things professional, efficient, friendly and always a pleasure!

However, definitely be warned about the most despicable, ill-mannered, egotistical and unprofessional pit boss I have ever witnessed in over 20 years of playing live poker - O.J. He has a constant chip on his shoulder and will gossip about players behind his back, and so much more trashy behaviour like that.

Aria, please hire more people like Farida, and give her a well deserved promotion (but keep her in the poker room). And PLEASE fire O.J. He has the most disgusting personality of any human being l've interacted with in my whole life, or at least in the top 3. Or at least demote him to a position which is not customer facing.
