I was recently in town for the GDRAGON concert (which was phenomenal but that was solely thanks to the artist). We showed up around 11am to get into the merch line which was NOT shaded, on concrete in the middle of 100+ degree Vegas weather. Needless to say we stood in that line until around 6pm, watched a minimum of 5 people literally pass out in line and STILL did not acquire our merch. The entire outside process felt incredibly inhumane and as if they were simply just herding cattle. At this point, they had moved the entire merch line staff inside with the exclusion of one person. This event was a one item per ticket holder merch event, they were allowing multiple transactions causing the line to take even longer. At 6pm, after watching yet another person pass out and almost passing out ourselves, we decided to go try the air conditioned lines inside the arena as the doors were open. We get inside and find out they're only selling apparel at ONE merch stand inside. Yall, this was a SOLD OUT concert with heavily anticipated merch. Needless to say, after an additional 2 hours in line and almost missing the first song of the show, we FINALLY got our merch. I get inside to enjoy the show (after the guy selling me merch had already given me a hard time for needing a bag) only to find out he also failed to mention I also needed to grab batteries for my light stick. After the first two songs of the show I left to yet ANOTHER merch line where I FINALLY found a very kind worker who not only gave me free batteries but also a free bag, AND our photo freebies that they failed to give us downstairs that were included with our $80+ purchases. T-Mobile needs to DO BETTER at their organizing and treating their guests better. Everyone spent a lot of money to be there and a lot of people missed the beginning of the concert due to standing in ungodly insufficient merch lines.
