From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a symphony of aromas and flavors, promising a culinary odyssey unlike any other.
To start your culinary adventure, indulge in the unique Garlic Chili Crisp Wontons—these house-made chicken wontons are bathed in a spicy garlic broth and crowned with a luscious drizzle of chili oil and delicate sesame seeds. Each bite is a revelation, a harmonious marriage of heat and depth that dances upon the palate, leaving an indelible imprint of culinary bliss. Another delicious appetizer choice available is the shrimp toast. This scrumptious dish is made with minced shrimp, water chestnuts, and scallions that are then deep-fried to perfection on white toast. The shrimp toast is then served with a delectable apricot sauce that perfectly complements the crispy and savory flavors of the dish.
Next, awaken your senses to the tantalizing symphony of flavors; the journey progresses to the fiery embrace of the Hot & Sour Soup, a quintessential Chinese classic elevated to new heights of complexity and depth. The soup is a medley of scallions, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, eggs, and velvety soft tofu, each spoonful offering a delicate balance of tangy acidity and subtle sweetness that warms your soul and invigorates your spirit.
The arrival of the General Tso Chicken is a true gastronomic triumph that exemplifies the art of balance and restraint. The dish features crispy dark meat chicken bathed in a fiery sauce tinged with chili peppers that offers a symphony of flavors oscillating between spicy, sweet, and savory notes. The dish is garnished with verdant green onions, offering a testament to the enduring allure of traditional Chinese cuisine reimagined with a modern twist. Add the Yang Chow Fried Rice entree, comprising shrimp, BBQ pork, peas, carrots, and egg sans soy sauce, to complete the main course.
Finally, no culinary journey at Chin Chin would be complete without a taste of their renowned street food menu. The Night Market Noodles, a celebration of texture and flavor, captivates the palate with velvety egg noodles, crisp vegetables, and aromatic stir-fry sauce. Each bite is a revelation, a tantalizing glimpse into the bustling night markets of Asia, where culinary traditions intertwine and evolve in a kaleidoscope of flavor.

Read moreI wish I did not have to give this place a 1 star review, but I am decently certain my bf and I got food poisoning here. We ordered the Dragon Roll, Salmon Poke Tacos, the Volcano Roll, and some Uni (sea urchan) sashimi. I loved the atmosphere here and most of what we ate was amazing. They even had my favorite gin, a Japanese gin named Roku Gin. Everything tasted decadent and I recommended to my boyfriend that we save the Uni for last because at other places I've had it, Uni is one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted. However, the Uni here was beyond disgusting and I believe most likely the reason I had diarrhea for two days after eating here with incredibly sharp and painful stomach cramps, and my boyfriend similar issues.
When I have had Uni before at other upscale sushi places, it is a delicious umami flavor that literally melts in your mouth so I was expecting the same here as this was a nice establishment. We each took a piece of it and put it in our mouths. Then the nightmare happened. The first thing I noticed that was off was it was cold, not like cool, but like ice cold as if it just came off ice even though it had been sitting there our whole meal. There was some melting, but also some chewing involved in it. Then came this very rancid rotten fish flavor. This is a bad sign to me as extremely fishy tastes usually means things are spoiled. I had trouble swallowing the uni sashimi and needed a chaser to clear my palette after it was so horrifyingly bad. I felt ill even after just eating it, but the problems got worse. I felt my stomach acting up and didn't even know if I was going to make it back to the hotel before having a bowel movement. My boyfriend also vomited once we got back to the hotel. I had terrible stomach pain all that night, got little sleep, and as I mentioned already lots of other gross symptoms.
As I said, I really hate to give this place a 1 star as I would have loved to give this place a 5 star rating, because everything else was amazing. However, because I got so sick after eating there I have trust issues now with their food safety procedures which is definitely something that needs to be mentioned so other customers are aware of this in case they experience the same. I would definitely say if you're going to eat here...
