This place has really gone downhill. Best because of Galaxy Movie Theater Worst choice for shopping

This may be a long explanation, but I want to say it at the most convincing way. Ever since I remembered in the late 2000s and early 2010s, I went to this mall many times and it was my nearby mall for shopping when I was very young. Sea quest never existed, Rex center, and galaxy theaters never existed. But what mattered more what they used to have are department stores like Sears, JCpenny, Macy’s, Dillards, etc. I was very disappointed to realize how this mall is leading into a great recession where they can't keep up with having department stores open. Every year, the mall will continue to make it's downfall slowly. Not only department stores are the ones boulevard mall couldn't' maintain open, also the food court restaurant choices. They also had to get rid of fast food brands (McDonalds, panda express, or any of these popular fast food brands). Instead, they only replaced restaurants, bakery selections for people with ones that the mall would cheaply open. I used to heard once JC penny getting closed down in 2017 and I was really disappointed since it was the best clothing shop in this mall. To make matters worse, sears tricked us once with a banner of "we're are not going anywhere". That was until I realize this was all a sham and that they were going out of business in 2019. Macys was closed, Dillards, and every other store except for stores like Old navy or Sneaker Stores. I really hate to break it to you, but if you're a person who wants to shop allot of clothing or search into brands, this mall isn't the best choice anymore. Please don't waste your time here, please go to a real mall like galleria at sunset or fashion show...

I recently had a disappointing experience at Boulevard Mall, which left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the restroom with my infant in need of a diaper change, I found myself waiting for an unreasonably long 15 minutes before seeking assistance from an employee. When I finally mustered the courage to inquire about the delay, the response I received was shocking and unacceptable.

Instead of providing an explanation or apology, the lady I approached hastily left the area, leaving me perplexed and feeling ignored. To add insult to injury, a male employee emerged from another stall and casually informed me that he had been attending to someone who had been shot and needed urgent medical attention. While I sympathize with the individual's situation, the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by the staff was appalling.

As a customer, I expect basic standards of service and empathy, especially when dealing with urgent matters involving personal hygiene and safety. The overall lack of organization and consideration for customers' needs at Boulevard Mall reflects poorly on the establishment's management and staff. Needless to say, this experience has left a lasting impression, and I will think twice before returning or recommending this...
