I would give them -5 stars . I will be calling BBB. This is by far the worst furniture store Iāve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Bought a couch 6mos ago and the reclining aspect of it stopped working a week ago. Called because on my reciept it shows I have a 1 yr factory warranty . They sent out someone to try and fix it. He made a comment the couch had not been put together properly. When he left I called the store to see what the next step is and explained he was unable to fix it and even mentioned it wasnāt properly snapped together correctly. 5 minutes later I receive a call from āangelā the mover/repairman who began yelling at me calling me a liar amongst other things. Then the woman who I spoke to from the store called me saying I was a liar and she dosent talk to liars and Rudely hung up. I went down to the store to have both him and her yelling at me(all the while I stood calm) that Iām a liar and him saying my couch is in destroyed with rips ect. Hahahah I wish I could include pics because my couch is in pristine shape. Barely sit on it, never home. Of course no manager was available. This woman went onnnnnn and onnnn calling me a liar. Horrrrrrible customer service, honestly the worst Iāve ever seen how are they still in business? Actions will be taken tomorrow. I have NEVER dealt with such low class in my life... first try to rush me out of there after receiving my payment for furniture put on layaway .... then when I inquired about a receipt I was insulted to extent she brought my children into it and questioned my education because she claims I was questioning her abilities..so I asked for my money back ( knowing the policy was store credit) she tells me if I demand my money back she keeps $150... that wasn't the policy and I asked where is that written and where I signed off on that she changed her tune...unfortunately by the end of the ordeal I found myself on her level... to tell a customer that the woman who worked there prior was caught stealing money and she isn't like that pushed me even more to want a proper written receipt not just something penciled in on a already carbon copy of my original receipt ... not to mention her following to the door yelling... classless!!! Not only will I not buy the kitchen table, tv stand and end tables with coffee table but my friend who was with me said so much for the sectional she was interested in.... so because of this Marcia person they lost over $4000 in sales ... Phones calls will be made!! Update: phone calls get you no where. Not one response from a manager. If you shop here good luck! I'd rather pay a little more at a better place than to deal...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would have given zero stars, but it doesn't let you. This place is horrible. We ordered a couch, which we paid cash for. We got a call a couple days later saying that when they called the Ashley company to order it, it wasn't in stock. They said they could give us another color, which was in stock, and in their warehouse. We really didn't want to change colors, but they refused to give us our money back. So we decided to go with the different color. Then, when I asked about the delivery, which we paid $79 for, the woman said, well you can come pick up the couch yourself if you want it sooner, otherwise we are busy so we'll call you the day before we can deliver it. Are you kidding?? It's been 4 days since then, and we haven't heard anything. I'll be calling today asking for the $79 delivery charge back, and we'll just pick it up ourselves. It should be interesting to see...
