New Braunfels Art League — Attraction in New Braunfels

Terrible customer focus! Parked in back in their designated space “towing enforced”. My husband entered through back door which was ajar. Their greeting was “How’d you get in here?” He talked to 2 employees while there, looking for a particular artist’s work .SAME employees put a towing notice on our car because he unknowingly “didn’t sign in” and neither would admit to remembering him!!! Within 15 minutes??? Seriously people, step up your customer focus. Greet customers cordially, don’t bug them about not registering, and maybe remember them for a couple minutes at least!
