444 Tubing Company — Attraction in New Braunfels

Amazing. From what we experience at 444 tubing, they aim to please, every single person working there puts their best forward, and they know how to host seamlessly!

Side note. On holidays, They do charge $20 for parking. So if you purchase your tickets online as we did, and it says your parking is free, when you get there it will be another $20. So if you’re going during the holiday just anticipate for there to be an additional parking charge that is not advertised. The lot is dab smack next to the building and shuttle. And the parking lot was with staff when we arrived and when we left. So I left knowing my car was and its contents was safe my whole trip.

Other than the surprise parking fee, our trip for 6 was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly. The owner has it’s very well staffed and the flow is so well organized.

We had no wait time. It was prime time and they were packed.

We had no issues with any of our tubes. They knew the lay of the river. Gave us step by step what to expect and how to handle it. It was very useful insight. We had never been before to this section of the river.

Pick up was prompt and comfortable. There was an employee waiting at the pick up spot, he kindly took our tubes for us. The load then. It’s truly hassle free.

I am so thankful we used 444 Tubing. The only reason we picked this company was they were the only ones that answered the phone on Fourth of July. I wanted to know how fast the water was flowing and how long the river would take. We had evening plans.

Out of six places I tried calling. They where the only ones to pick up. So it goes to show they care about their customers.

FANTASTIC! GREAT SERVICE! We had not been tubing before & were apprehensive abt where to go, prices, etc. Read reviews of several tubing businesses & SOOOO HAPPY w/ our choice of 444 Tubing! Service was 1st rate & polite & helpful, facilities (Very nice picnic area with plenty of shade & clean restrooms) were great, prices were fair, and the experience was FANTASTIC! Like allot of families our $$$ are limited & we need a good value for our money, & 444 Tubing was worth every cent! Great & informative wedsite & FAQ's, FIRST RATE & EXTREMELY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY STAFF who actually HELP & MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME & APPRECIATED as a customer...TIP these guys because they more than earn it and deserve it! ;-) In speaking with the manager there, it appears they are also seeking to be even better with plans for direct river access next season, & other improvements. I'd love to see them add showers and a dressing area to clean up after the floating fun. Regardless WE WILL RETURN! STRONGLY & UNRESERVEDLY RECOMMEND 444 TUBING! Above and beyond the call of duty..Im handicapped (constant oxygen support ) and though i realized my limitations and as usual..went beyond that..the whole ordeal was awesome..cant remember bus drivers name.. But she broke protocal to save me a horrendous walk all way back to pick up location..she saw me struggling and i asssure you..i was struggling..she came to meet me instead of makeing me walk the entire length of journey..the hardest point besides that was the staircase back to street level..in which took me 4 stops to reach top..5 min breaks between to catch breath..i carried oxygen tanks whole time..yes..i know it sounds crazy..but with my health deteriorating at a fast rate..im afraid it was my only shot at tubeing the comal river..and it will be ..but hey..i got it off my bucket list..thanks to the team of 444..must go ..use em..great people..freindly..helpful..i read the reveiws..anyone with negative reveiws must be extremely hard to please..as for me..cant say enough good about em..glad i picked them..i wasnt just a customer..felt more...
