Bona Bros Truck & Utilities — Attraction in New Brighton

I have a strange story. A wheel came loose from my car. I had it towed to a mechanic who looked at it and said he could not repair it. I was at a loss as to what to do so found Bona Bros down the street. They agreed to look at the car. After looking, they advised they could repair it but did not know when. They retrieved it and towed it the several blocks to their place. They asked for a deposit in order to commit to the repair. Several weeks went by without them finding the time to do the job. I had been warned that it was outside the usual scope of what they do and could take weeks. I finally gave up on them and had the car towed back to St. Paul where the work was finally done. I just got off the phone with Matt. He agreed to refund my entire deposit, meaning they ate the tow job they did as well as the evaluation and the storage.
