I was visiting my parents from out of state with my 15 month old son, I found this place online for something fun he and I could do while my parents were working. They even had a separate area for children 1-3 years old. The price seemed great and the photos online were intrigueing. When I arrived, the lady behind the counter seemed dismissive and gave me very little information unless directly asked since she was having a very in-depth conversation with her co-worker. I figured whatever... we put our things away and I found the area for the 1-3 year old children. When I went inside... I wasn’t super impressed, but the biggest problem I had was that much older children were running around in this area, climbing up walls and even jumping over the entrance gate. I was a little alarmed so I picked up my son and brought him to the merry go round type contraption. No parents were supervising the kids in this thing! Children were climbing all over it and hitting the button to make it go around... my son just started walking a few months ago and wanted to climb on while it was stationary, but this kid jumped on, pushed the button nearly making my son fall, and then jumped off to do something else—- i pulled my son away from that area, too. Then he starts running toward the giant caterpillar at the entrance again and this little girl who looked to be SIX came running full speed and SLAMMED DIRECTLY INTO MY SON KNOCKING HIM WITH EXTREME FORCE TO THE GROUND. That floor is squishy but the sound his head made when it hit made me cringe. Of course he’s screaming, I’m appalled, so I scoop him up, check him over and march over to the front desk to get my money back after not even spending ten minutes in this place. Of course they can’t refund my money because the “supervisor isn’t there” why is no one monitoring this area? Why would this be allowed to happen? I got absolutely no answers. Except “sorry this happened to you, we can offer you a free pass for another day” why the F@&! Would I want to come back?! I was upset as a customer with the WAY this place is run... why oh why would i want to be treated to a second nightmare for free?! I eventually did get my money back, but it came with a few choice words and an awful lot of haggling. This is my first child and he’s very little; seeing something like this was traumatic, and having to deal with the staff was the last thing I wanted to do. I seriously recommend finding another place to take your kids, it’s not worth the hassle and it’s honestly not much of a break for parents... it’s a GD zoo in there and there’s no one keeping an eye on things. I can’t beleive I paid even six dollars... seriously...

There was an insane amount of children there, and people waiting up to 3 hours to get their kids in.
My two year old sons were literally getting trampled by older kids in the toddler area. There was no one at the toddler gate, the entire stay, to monitor or help those going in and out. A strange man sitting by himself in the toddler area hit on me and tried to coax me outside to 'smoke weed' with him.
A guest child crawled through vomit in the tunnels. One of my friends had to help a child out of the ball pit as she was crying and being pummeled by other kids, and her parents and work staff had to be located in a sea of people.
I was 'scolded' for entering our party room 5 mins early. No one had been in there the entire 2 hours we, including my 83 year old grandmother, were standing around. There was absolutely NO place to sit.
When we finally did get in the room, we had to clean the table ourselves, as it was covered in sticky residue.
To simplify, they are overcrowded, and for the price you pay for a party package, I would have liked to assume they would have been more hygienic, and furthermore at least had a staff member at the assigned position watching the toddler gate.
Overall, a terrible...
Read moreStaff were friendly and helpful. But this playground area is way too large to not be supervised by employees. Parents aren't even watching their kids, they set them loose and sit outside the play area at the tables on their devices. For the age ranges in there this is just crazy. I had my 4 and 6 yr olds here today. Started good but as it got busier things changed. There's big kids running around way too fast, saw them running into little kids - my own included. I spoke up every time asking them to slow down and be careful. We finally had to leave after seeing 3 little girls try to shove my none speaking autistic 4 year old out of their way on the steps going up to the blue wavy slides. He was overwhelmed and didn't know if he should go up or down. The 1st little girl decided it was ok to put her foot on his butt to push him up. When he got scared and tried to come down she refused to move out of his way until my husband spoke up. Parents aren't parenting their kids. They need referees in there, it got way too wild. We have to follow our 4 yr old to keep him safe, he isn't always aware of dangers - like walking in front of kids on swings for example. If you have young children or kids with disabilities I'd avoid this place. We had no way to get to our son to rescue him. There's only so far parents can navigate...
