Funcity Trampoline and Adventure Park New Britain CT — Attraction in New Britain

I planned carefully for my daughter’s 6th birthday and from all the trampoline parks i checked around CT, i found Funcity the best. I know that i booked room 3 bec of the size and shape of the room best to fit 30 kids + few parents. However at the day of the party, we were placed at room 4. They said its the same size but the shape is different. Its rectangular and so narrow. Room 3 is square in shape and spacious. I tried to complain but no choice as room 3 was already occupied. Since it is narrow, we can’t barely move inside. I am so disappointed and a bit embarrassed to my guests. The host is also annoying that she keeps on rushing me to settle payment while the party is ongoing as if i will run away. You also have to check the list of jumpers before paying as they count also those who initially signed waiver but was not able to come. The play place was great and i saw all the kids really enjoyed but just been very disappointed on the party proper. What’s the use of room reservation if you...

Used to be a really fun place to come to.. it's gotten extremely disorganized especially on the weekends.. there's no monitoring of the children what so ever.. people running around past their allowed times making this place a hazard.. it's completely and overly congested.. no space to walk .. no place to sit down.. you're constantly bumping into people... how can you possibly follow the one person per trampoline rule when you're allowing an over capacity of people to be here all at the same time? It's dangerous! Especially for little kids.. if you want your small children to get trampled, pushed around, hurt or watch inappropriate behavior from other children then come here .... they allow older kids to play on the kiddie area where the ball pit is.. all you see is older kids making out in the kiddie area.. staff see and do nothing, say nothing.. incredibly ridiculous. It's seriously time someone re - evaluate this establishment.. they need way better...

I booked a room for my daughter’s birthday at Fun City on the evening of 10/5. I accidentally left a bag with all of her birthday cards. At first, I thought I took it home but could not find. Fun City was aware that I had left the bag, even putting my daughter’s name on it, but never called me (They had to look inside the cards to know it was my daughter’s belongings in order to put her name on the bag). 10/6 they were open and still no call that the bag was left there. I went back on 10/7 as soon as they opened just to find all of the cards opened and the money/gift cards stolen. Despite requesting video footage to identify the theft, I was denied access and told it would take time. I filed a police report, and the officer advised me not to return due to the workers' suspicious behavior. I am now waiting for the footage to take further...
