Not a positive experience. My first tattoo was at revolver last year , and my artist was Chris. But when I went in this year , looked like he left the place. I hate to write negative reviews but I think I should write, and save some people their time. I went in and talked to two guys( unfortunately don't know their names). I told them my idea for my tattoo, which honestly was not anything outside this world. Both the guys tried to came up with the design , and we went back and forth for 2-3 times. One of the guys came to me and said this doesn't look that great , do u want to rethink your idea. I walked off. It looked like they are disinterested in doing the work, or let's say to come up with an idea which would work. I understand all artists are not at same level and I should not have my expectations based on the pictures they have in the tattoo parlor. These are the things which I think made my experience not that great. Lack of professionalism . When you are talking to customer , you should give 100% attention to that customer, which didn't happen in my case. When I was explaining my tattoo, he was getting distracted by people walking in and started talking to them. They should have put more effort - When I have them my idea, they couldn't do it . They should have worked with me , rather than telling me to rethink it. Or should have told me to talk to a different artist who does that kind of work. Showing disinterest in the customer.
I am 100% sure , not everyone going to revolver had bad experience and their must be some great artists working. But this was my experience.
When I walked out of the parlor , I was discouraged and started to rethink my tattoo. I googled other tattoo place and found : Anchor tattoo company, and got a great tattoo without rethinking my design. Ps: my positive review for anchor tattoo...
Read moreI can’t express enough how thankful I am for Chuck, the owner of Revolver Tattoo! I’ve been seeing him since 2017, and every single time I get tattooed, it’s a truly amazing experience. Not only is Chuck ridiculously talented, his work is beyond beautiful, but he is also one of the most genuine, kind-hearted people I know. He listens to me, whether I’m talking about ideas for my next tattoo or just need to vent, and he always makes sure I have the best time. It’s not just a tattoo session; it’s like therapy and tattooing all in one!
Every time Chuck tattoos me, I’m in awe of the final result. I go in knowing it’s going to be great, but when it’s done, I’m always left with my jaw on the floor. His talent blows my expectations out of the water every single time. I trust him 100% with my tattoos, and I can’t recommend him enough.
The atmosphere at Revolver Tattoo is also incredible. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a warm and welcoming vibe. The shop is so inviting, and the decorations and overall energy make it the perfect place to be. I always feel so comfortable and at home when I’m there. The whole crew is amazing, and it’s clear that Chuck has built such a positive and friendly environment.
I’ve had 7 tattoos from Chuck so far, and I can’t wait to get many more. I’m always so excited to spend time with him, and I know the results will never disappoint. If you’re looking for not just a talented tattoo artist, but someone who genuinely cares about their clients, Chuck is your guy. Go see him!!! I promise you...
Read moreI was really excited to get a tattoo here as the place looked great. I was coming in for a joint tattoo with my sister. However, our experience was far from great. We had an appointment at 2:30pm and they only ended up taking us in to start at 3:15pm and I understand that sometimes some sessions can go over but there was no apology and the customer service was terrible in that regard. Moreover, I’m not going to name the artist for the sake of his reputation but he did not shave the area before beginning the tattoo which is supposed to be important so that the tattoo ink can reach deeper layers of skin and stay. When I realized he didn’t shave my sisters leg, I asked if he could shave mine since her tattoo was already done at that point. I’m not sure if he used a dull blade or a bad quality razor or if he just didn’t do it correctly but he ended up cutting me several places in the area he shaved. I had at least 5 shaving cuts in the area he was meant to tattoo, which by the way was a tiny tattoo for a tiny coi fish so the area wasn’t big to begin with to even remotely get that many cuts. And yet again, there was no apology and he tattooed over the bleeding area anyway which I’m not sure was a good idea since I had a bunch of cuts which could interfere with the tattoo. The professionalism was severely lacking. Overall, I can safely say I am never going back there and will never recommend Revolver tattoo to...
