To say we LOVE our gas lamps is an understatement.

Here's our story: Imagine our surprise when we bought a rundown house and finally got around to cleaning up and replacing light bulbs the post lights in the front yard only to find they were gas lamps! After realizing the existing lamps were too far gone and replacement parts were non-existent, we decided to hunt for new gas lamps. Wow! I was stunned by the high prices! $1000 each?! Giving the internet one last shot, your site came up. If I'm honest, I thought it was a scam as the prices were a third of what I was seeing everywhere else. But I also knew my purchase was protected by my credit card... so... we decided to go for it. I placed the order and immediately received and email letting me know somebody would contact me from the company to finalize the order. And sure enough, Ann French called! Ann told me the lamps would be delivered in two weeks! WHAT?! Custom lamps in two weeks? It meant they were arriving just in time for an event we were hosting in our home. Then they arrived EARLY! And when I opened the boxes to inspect them, I was in love but I had one concern... installation! My husband was the installer and I kept telling him he needed to look at them and see what other parts he might need before installation. He pooh-poohed the whole thing and waited until the day of the event. Not kidding! So, I'm freaking out when he finally decides to give it a try. 15 minutes later, he comes in and says, "Did you look outside?" So, I looked out and there they were, burning their beautiful maple leafs just as the sun was setting. The original copper fitting on the copper tubing was the correct size and he just screwed them on and lit them. (Clearly, I'm the worrier in this marriage). It's the primary landmark we give people when giving directions to our house now.

I purchased their 2 top of the line gas lamps costing over $2,000 each for my front and backyard via one of their distributors in Saint Louis, Missouri. The milky dome on the lamps cracked within days of installation. My total cost with the installation is about $5,000. Per the distributor, the manufacturer does not warranty the glass and I have been out of pocket for another $500 for faulty glass. I am giving this manufacturer only one star because of their inadequate...
