Poor Customer Service, with nonverbal cues of dismissal and a lack of professionalism. I was highly disappointed in my services and actually ended up leaving early without the completion of my nails. This is the first time I have ever been treated such manner and for me to leave without getting my nails done. Prior to leaving I did pay for her services the removal of their previous work. The manager did try to appease me with getting me a different nail tech but honestly after the situation, I really didn’t feel comfortable even staying. I do appreciate the manager for that but Miss Vivian I do believe that was her name was dismissive in her communication and Intentionally filed my nails down to the nail bed To prove her point on why she wanted to cut my nails down. My nails look awful and they hurt. I came for a GX fresh set for the broken nails and a shape up. She ruined my natural nails and the progress I had made while wearing gel X. I pretty much never leave reviews, but this is honestly one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. It looks fine from a distance, so I didn’t notice until I was on the way home, but the tip of every single nail (the part that’s colored in the French tip) is wrinkled/bumpy. The thumbnail is particularly bad, because the wrinkles/bumps go down to the rest of the nail too. I’m probably going to have to go somewhere else and have them redo the nails. I also had bits of polish on my fingers. Just really disappointing for the price.

UPDATE: I went back after the salon replied and they did a great job fixing them! Zero bumps, wrinkles, or bubbles, and the nails are all the same shape. Hopefully the earlier issues were...

I went in for a 70 minute inner peace head massage service starting at 4pm. I had to remove my watch and put my phone away. I needed to leave around 5:30 to have time to get dressed for birthday dinner reservations. The service seemed to be taking a long time but I was certain the provider would time it correctly and tried not to think much of it bc I’ve had massages before and they always end when they are supposed too. When we finished and I looked at my phone it was 6:20pm! This is totally unacceptable and aggravating.
