The space is great and proximity to my apartment is wonderful. However, I have witnessed multiple dog fights there, mainly because owners are not attentive to their dogs or refuse to step in swiftly when their dog is being aggressive. Our neighborâs dog was attacked there the other day. We will not be frequenting this park, especially with the huge flux of wild COVID puppies there.
EDIT: I have demoted this park to 1 star. An incident today put me over the edge. Unfortunately there are more knucklehead dog owners in the park than not. Today I saw a very aggressive young dog cause 4 dog fights, the last one involving my own dog. I confronted the owner who responded, âItâs not my dog. Just trying to work on her in here.â So trainer-wannabes are now just bringing aggressive, untrained dogs in here for the heck of it. Nope! Sadly, I wonât be returning...
   Read moreNice dog park. Mostly purebred dogs - or dogs mixed with poodles - and it's a nice crowd. It's a dusty place if it hasn't rained in a while, but the dust only happens when the dogs are having fun so it's happy dust. (But don't wear shoes you would not want to be very white with dust.)
Plenty of benches and trees if you want to stay out of the sun, and there's also a separate small dog section that is separate from the main run. There is a water spigot if you bring a dog bowl.
