骗子商店,千万别去!This store sucks! The owner Peter is totally a scam! I am a new Columbia student here and I was cheated by Peter to buy a Galaxy s III. He asked me to buy a not necessary case for the device, saying the $25 case is for me to be eligible for the Columbia student's discount. Actually it is not necessary. Further, He choose the 5G data plan which is not necessary either. The 300M data plan will meet the 2 year contract. So the first month's bill is $90+ instead of peter's promise less than $60! Peter is good at taking advantage of your emergency, especially when you are going back to home country or under other unexpected conditions like you have to finish all this in a short period time. Peter will do this: He will ask you a phone number and never call you. when you go to him, He denies everything; and your bills goes on and on, things never end. I cancelled my contract even I lost $100 because I don't want to lose $500 and more distrusting on New Yorkers. I am warning you, especially new students here, DON'T EVER DEAL WITH SCAM PETER!!!! Read moreI strongly don't recommend anyone this AT&T store: I'm a student and I signed up for a student deal in this store that became an absolute nightmare. My monthly bill was supposed to cost $73 and instead I was charged between $148 and $225 for three months. When I went to the store, I was told that I had signed up for an insurance that I was very clear I did not need when I purchased my plan and that the international coverage that I was told I would have with my plan (and which to me as an international student was really crucial) was actually not included with it - what resulted in monthly extra charges between $100 and $120 plus taxes. If that was not enough, when I purchased my phone I ordered a black screen that first was installed with a cover in the front camera, then when I went to the store to change it, was out of stock. Read moreDO NOT GO HERE! I went it to get a new iPhone. They said the phone would come in within 2 days. It didn't. It didn't come in for 6 days, until I had already gone home for winter break. They, on multiple instances, intentionally lied and misled me. Then, when I found out I would not actually receive my phone before I left for home, I tried to cancel. They said that I could not do this because the phone was already in the store (it wasn't). Now, it's 10 days after I expected to have the phone and I still don't. It's not supposed to be here for at least 5-7 more days, because they shipped it standard (again after lying and saying that they would do 24 hour delivery). I went in, told them my phone was broken-- as in I did not have an operating phone and needed a new one ASAP-- and they still did this, probably knowing that the phone wouldn't be in on time.
