I ordered 5 Thiebaud posters from them. They shipped 5 Diebenkorn posters which arrived damaged because they used USPS tubes which don't work well. They have ignored more than five subsequent emails asking them to correct the issue. I am shocked at the poor business practices on display from such a highly regarded establishment.
