Artful Posters — Attraction in New York

I had a custom order to frame a poster. After a couple of days I received a text that my poster had been messed up by the mounting press. I was very sad as this poster was one that I had collected with my partner on a vacation upstate. I was very sad but also happy that we had collected a second copy of the poster which we could frame instead. When I brought the 2nd poster in, I asked for a 50% refund on our order given that our first poster had been ruined (I had already paid for the order in full). I was offered a $20 refund on our order. I was able to negotiate for $70 but am still disappointed that an in house mechanical error, which resulted in the destruction of my poster was not handled with more understanding. I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve spent plenty of money here over the years, but after buying $100 worth of posters and realizing I had no space on the walls of my small NYC apartment, I went back—posters untouched and still sealed—asking for an exchange or even a store credit. The owner hid behind a “no returns after 7 days” policy, was rude, and couldn’t care less about keeping a loyal customer. This store doesn’t value people, only squeezing every last dollar. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that actually appreciates...

What a lovely store with an excellent selection of posters for framing to choose from....The owners Khadija and Ivan were truly outstanding, helpful, and personable. They were able to work with me and my wife to identify the right artwork at the right price for our home. They even were able to get our three selections ready for us by the end of the day. Their commitment to excellence was evident every step of the way as well as in their approach to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend stopping in and finding the best artful posters...
