Ben's Market — Attraction in New York

I am a loyal customer for over 8 years now. Bens is small but it offers just about everything. I purchase fresh meat, produce, fruits, milk, eggs, breads etc. They also offer cooked dishes-chicken, ribs, side dishes etc. The prices are excellent in my opinion. For example I have compared turkey legs and bell-evans chicken with other supermarkets I had a farther walk to and the price differences were incredible. The Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. During the pandemic there were waiting lines at the supermarkets near my job. Everytime I went to Ben's there was no line. It was truly a Blessing. Also he assured me that because he was also a Butcher there was no need to worry about being able to feed my family during the pandemic. He brought tears to my eyes because it was a serious cause of concern for many of us. The only product we couldn't get at that time was toilet paper like the majority of places. Ben's Market is new and improved! This is still a very friendly neighborhood store, but now you have wider isles and more selections. It has almost everything you need. The produce is always fresh, prices are comparable and to layout of the store is fluid. The floor is amazing and the entire store has better lighting and be warned though it is a bit colder in the entire store. Customer many years. Small but has a satisfactory variety of necessities. They started out as butchers decades ago and meat selection though small is top quality with butchers on premises to cut to order. Produce variety including bagged salads and containers of lovely fresh precut veggies is impressive. Deli counter meats/ cheeses/ spreads/salads/ desserts Riverdale prices but scrumptious and only source anywhere near.
