Charlene Angel Nails Salon — Attraction in New York

So I went to this salon about a week ago and got sns powder. I've had SNS powder before and this powder technique is amazing plus it lasts about a month no dings cracks or peels. When I got it done here right away I noticed the tech was using the wrong sealer to bond the powder after every dip plus she used a regular clear polish over top. I said nothing bc if that's her technique me telling her she's wrong won't help I figured I'd just see how it goes. A week later, today, I already have two fingers where the powder has chipped off, so I decided to take the rest off they popped off like press on nails. That shouldn't happen and they shouldn't have chipped at all especially not after a week if so. I see thier other work and it looks amazing. However my tech was no good with the powder. She did not shape it well the space between the powder and my cuticles were bigger and smaller on different nails. if you decide to get powder research how it should be done and pay attention when it's being done. The powder is healthier for your nail and helps you to save money it should last about a month of course your nail will grow out but the powder will look new until the day you remove it. I really wanted to like this place but after my last two experiences here I won’t be coming back. The first time I was told there was no wait and to come right in upon calling. I waited over an hour and ended up having to leave and go back to work before they could even paint my acrylics ( a full set which last less than 10 days before lifting and falling off). The second time I came in I was sat quickly and told they could take me right away. One of the ladies had just started my nails when another customer walked in—someone I’m guessing is a regular client. I have went to many many nail salons but nothing like this one! My absolute favorite nail salon every time I go they always make the nail design I like and they make it damn near perfect every time, I do feel rushed but the work is always great and they are super friendly and honestly for me the best part is them rushing because I’m always on a rush and I like things done fast and done well which is exactly why I love it here!
