They are about to hold a hiring event soon, Yet are currently NOT giving the employees they've had for months HOURS. you will NOT make money here or be able to support yourself OR your family. ALL store hours go to MANAGERS ONLY!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This claires is the only one left in queens and is the WORST in the district!!

DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT. Employees are NOT professional ear piercers. They do NOT care about you or the piercings they give you which is why the proper information is NEVER given on how to treat your ears afterwards!! They use EAR GUNS to pierce which is 100% terrible for the skin and keep in mind they do not dispose of these guns. They use the same tools on 1,000's of other customers and dont wipe them down which is unsanitary!! THE PIERCINGS THEY SELL ARE OVERPRICED AND TARNISH IN DAYS/WEEKS LEADING TO SCARRING, BUMPS, and INFECTION. BE SAFE & GET PIERCED AT A TATTOO SHOP!

A few months ago, I went into this store looking for fake gauges/studs since my go to store didn't have them so they told me to check either Claire's or Spencer's. I go into the store and approached one of the employees that was organizing some inventory or re stocking. I showed her the picture of the studs and she immediately made a disgusted facial expression, to then call out to her co worker and made a hand gesture towards me that seemed out of mockery about what I was looking for. The coworker, however, looked at them and kindly told me that they don't sell them there but the employee that I approached kept looking at me with a disgusted face and also said "no" but with some tone in her voice. Her attitude towards me and what I was looking for was unnecessary and rude and unprofessional. This was honestly the first time I ever entered Claire's in my life, but I'll surely never go into this store again. This store should make sure not to hire...

My friend went to the store and bought two nail sets, but because she didn’t want to spend 13 on the nail set. However, as i walked out with her and my friends. I was the last person to move but before i could even make 4 steps away from the counter, a woman who worked there said “who buys something a few seconds ago and returns it that dumb.” That was very disrespectful and disappointing, as a little girl i used to love going there but i can’t anymore due to the fact that a problem like that might happen again. For me i feel the one worker should be more kind, the person didn’t even bother to say your welcome. They could even look at me in the face all they did was talk to their co worker.
