Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in New York

What a total disaster today!!! Order my food for delivery since I couldn't leave to het my order since I was at work. So I work not more than 8 mins away. Put the order in said it be 15-25 mins...ok I ordered at 11:13am....get notice diver at store will be on way to deliver in 9 Mims. Cool its 1140 at this time...get another notice driver 3mins away...even though GPS still says at store. But hey it can be glith GPS isn't perfect. So wait outside my office building....order now says 8 mins away 🤔 ok I'll just see. Now get notice order will be there 13mins....driver still at store😒 so call door dash support to see what's up...they call and can't reach driver 🤯. So about 1220pm says 3 mins away...yeah right. 1230pm says driver here. So I go out front looking driver...nobody there...no # to call driver. So I see a guy on a scooter looking confused 5 houses down..(I'm in a office building that's the only office on the block and I gave the company name) so he finally pulls up hands food off. Go to desk, touch food sandwich COLD, waffle fries COLD. Half hour late and now my break is over. Do you know how microwaved...

I usually live Chick-fil-A but this location was terrible. I ordered just fries and a cookie — something super simple — and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. Meanwhile, people who ordered much bigger meals after me were getting their food quickly. I tried asking the employee handing out orders about my food multiple times, but she kept ignoring me and turning away every time I spoke. It wasn’t until another worker overheard me that I finally got my food.

To make things worse, they forgot my cookie. When I went back to ask her for it, she rolled her eyes at me, grabbed the bag without saying a word, and handed it off to another employee to give it back to me, all while looking extremely annoyed.

The fries themselves were good, but the girls rude behavior and the ridiculous wait time ruined the entire experience. I definitely won't be returning...

The 4 stars is for the food alone, for service I would give a 3 as they are not up to par with the rest of the franchise. While I absolutely love every item from the menu as I've been to many of these franchises across the states... This particular chic-fil-a does not seem to follow all of the things other locations do. The first noticeable thing is they never said my pleasure in the few times I have been there, from the girl taking orders via tablet, to the cashier, to the person handing out the orders. Also 2x now I have been the witness of the person handing out the orders to give a free sandwich coupon to a girl only because they were interested in them, right in front of my face, if you're going to hand these out then make it seem as if you're doing it randomly instead of you trying to...
