Clark's House of Flowers — Attraction in New York

Update* I was contacted by the owner of the store regarding the order. She was sincerely apologetic and understanding of the situation. She had offered me a full refund and even told me she would be happy to do an arrangement free of charge for my sister’s upcoming birthday, I would like to say thank you to this local business for fixing this misunderstanding.

Ordered an arrangement for my sisters 7 year memorial service (reference photo was provided to the women who took my order) upon pick up the arrangement was not what I ordered at ALL ! it looked nothing like the reference photo provided. To spend 150 dollars on an arrangement for it not to be what i ordered... Contacted the store and was told i’d be given a partial refund. Can you imagine putting this special piece of today in their hands for the second year & getting let down like this. When I arrived to the store to pick up the partial refund ($50) the women at the front desk told me “we didn’t have the flowers you asked for so the designer made the arrangement as best as he could, we thought it looked beautiful” they did not call me to tell me this news they choose to do whatever they thought would look best… is that how it’s done now ? i pay for something and they do whatever they feel like ?? && to top it off the women who had my reference photo was off that day & did not leave anyone the photo!!!!!!! Erin at Clark's House of Flowers was an absolute pleasure to work with! Erin and her team helped us design centerpieces, a chuppah, boutonnieres, bouquets, welcome and memorial tables for our wedding. She was so sweet and so helpful. She was great to brainstorm with and was able to take an idea and really run with it to create a work of art! The theme of our wedding was chess meets flowers and she found great ways to incorporate a chess piece into the bridal bouquet and the groom's boutonniere, and also decorated our big chess pieces with flowers. Everything looked great! It was clear a lot of time and thought went into each piece. Every little petal and leaf in the boutonniere perfectly matched those in the bouquet. The centerpieces were gorgeous and we got a lot of compliments on them. Erin was also very transparent about pricing so we knew exactly what adding roses here or there would do to the cost. This was very helpful for our planning so that we could stay within budget but also get the flowers of our dreams. Also, her team was fantastic with making a gorgeous chuppah last minute when our wedding had to get moved indoors. The chuppah looked as if it had been worked on for months given how pretty it was. My experience with Clark's was a bit frustrating at first, but it showed me what an amazing business this is as they resolved my issue flawlessly! I ordered a plant for someone through a website, and Clarks received and took care of the order. However, the picture online and the plant received did not look alike at all. Because the website was a bit pricey, as well as the difference in the product advertised and the product received, i called Clark's to complain.

The absolutely WONDERFUL Karen dealt with my frustrations, and was super helpful! She prepared a plant which looked JUST LIKE the one advertised, and someone drove out to the recipient and replaced it FREE OF COST! Not only did they replace the flower, they also did not charge me any additional costs (the new one was supposed to be more expensive than the one originally received, but i was not charged a dime!)

This just goes to show there are truly wonderful businesses out there... and Clark's is one of them! Would definitely order with them again! Speedy SAME DAY delivery, great quality, and AMAZING...
