DeJa Vu Flowers Open late call after 12 AM — Attraction in New York

My name is Andrew and Im living at 2299 east 13 st, right next to the flower store Deja Vu. I went to a grocery to get some groceries, then on the way back home I saw that a flower store very busy opening boxes with fresh flowers (and kinda close) then I speak to my self, I should buy some flowers for my wife, she is pregnant, she would be happy to see some nice flowers. So I decide to ask if they will sell me some flowers. The owner of the store said well, we are kinda close but we well be happy to help you with and she did help me a lot. A personnel in the store was really helpful and very polite. So I pick flowers that I want for my wife, but I did not have enough money in my wallet to pay for, so I ask if they can sell me those flowers for a money that I have, she said usually we don't do this but we will give you a brake. I was really surprised to see service like that. They have no idea whom am I, it was my first time walking in to the store and they was really nice to me for no reason at all. So I came back home with flowers, surprisingly give it to my wife and she was so happy, then I decide to give some review about this flower store Deja Vu. Im so happy to see my wife happy and happy to see a flower store next to me, that could help you with real help to make some one happy. Thank you Deja Vu. based on a lot of the reviews, it seems like customer service is probably better for in-person orders than online orders. i used the website to order flowers on wednesday for friday delivery for my best friend’s birthday. i paid $15 extra for a timed delivery window (9am-1pm) and i also tipped $19 on top of that. 1pm rolled around on friday, and the flowers had not been delivered. 1:30 rolled around, still nothing, so i called. first, the person on the phone told me she didn’t see an order for me. i said i had an email confirmation and an order number. she didn’t take the order number, just said she needed 5 minutes to look and then she’d call me back. she called me back in 5 minutes and said that the delivery person had “just left 5 minutes ago” with my order. i asked if i could get a refund for the timed delivery, since the delivery had not been made within the window. she said that if they don’t have a delivery person, they can’t make the deliveries in the window. i informed her that that was not detailed on the website—there’s no language at any step around “window not guaranteed” or anything of that nature. she essentially said it was a problem on their website, and nothing could be done. the flowers were delivered at 3:10pm. my friend said they were very beautiful, but that the bouquet was delivered in a bag of water that spilled all over her floor when she opened it. first time ordering from here, and...

I went to the florist at 10 at night, the owner seemed a little tired, however as tired as she was she created me and my spouse with the most amazing greeting ever and i had a no idea what i wanted for a floral arrangements for a party in 2 days. She made an arrangement right then and there for us and explained what each flower was called and how to take care of it. She did with such grace and love and made us feel like we had all the time in the world to figure out what we wanted for our arrangements, after we decided she told us to come in the next morning to pick it up and the lady that was with her the next day suggested to add a small touch to the flowers, due to conversation that we were having and explaining it was a formal event. The owner and her assistant made it so easy to get a last minute centerpieces for a formal ball. This place is just amazing and so helpful. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, explain every detail they will come up with an amazing bouquet or any arrangement for a very but very fair price and suggest anything to help you. I am so grateful. The kicker to this i care all the way from NJ because of the amazing reviews and all the reviews were accurate.
