Dollar Tree — Attraction in New York

Today April 12, 2021 Monday I was online waiting to pay I was looking at the things at the register I was looking for pens for my sons communion party just to hands out as a cute little favor I was in the store last week and someone so nicely told me come back next week we will get the pens in they only going to be by the register so come take a look only by the register. As I'm waiting online with my husband this woman turns around in front of me and mumble something it wasn't so clear I completely understand I know there's a virus going around I had a mask on and she mumbled something but I didn't understand but me and my husband just moved away so I told my husband I think she was talking Spanish but I think we have to stay 6 feet away. All of a sudden she turns around and starts screaming at me and tells me to move the F back 6 feet away and I told her please do not raise your voice at me I visit this dollar tree at least once a week I am never going to step foot in there today the manager that was working at 4:50 was completely disgusting has the nerve to tell the lady I'm so sorry and I apologize what happened to you when she cursed me out and was yelling I will never step foot in this dollar tree again I don't even know how this manager has a job. I used to love this store, but lately I feel like dollar tree has lesser quality stuff, with many of the decent things being priced at $3. This store is also not so well-stocked recently, specifically in the toys section. I specifically made a trip to this location (notbmy closest dollar tree) because the website said they have 3 different styles of stuffed animals I needed for my students, and my local store was out of stock. When I got there, half the toy aisle was empty, and half of what was stocked was a mess. After digging around with my kids for quite a bit, I realized that neither of the stuffed animals I needed were in stock. And I'd been hoping to get 24, with at least 6 of each type... They said that have no way of knowing if and when they're going to get them in, but I can try the following Sunday, because they get new shipments Saturday night. So I called in on Sunday, and the worker I spoke to said that they do have some pieces of a specific one that I needed 6 of. When I got there, they had none, and the manager said they haven't gotten any in at all recently! So website accuracy is not reliable at all, and the manager doesn't know what they will get until it arrives. Almost every time I go here aisles are blocked. Nothing is organized and theres never an employee on the floor to help.cashiers look miserable too. Whoever is running this store needs to get it together or just close the store down

Update: Store is supposed to be open at 8. For the past few days who ever is on schedule has not opened up on time. Almost 8:30 and that store was not opened. Not to bash or sound harsh but employees there need to be fired. A job is a job. You applied there to work so be grateful you have a job. If you dnt want to work there or your job makes you miserable leave! Alot of ppl are complaining about their rude unpleasant responses and unprofessional behavior. One girl didn't even bag ppls items or ask if they needed a bag. She just checked the items out and waited for the customer to pay. Another lady was so overwhelmed with the long line or bc there was a lot of customers and was cursing to herself. Like hello we can still hear u. I think ppl around this neighborhood was happy there's a dollar tree here but what's the point if shelves are almost bare and employees are acting like they're doing you a favor???
