I recently started my fitness journey and have been training with Nathan. I didn't know what to expect, as I have never had a personal trainer before. My greatest struggle was to lose my post-baby weight. So I started to train one on one, three times a week. I also really listened to and followed his diet plan for me. I lost most of the weight within 3 weeks. Nathan is extremely professional, knowledgeable and motivating. He's not intimidating (as I thought personal trainers would be). He is very easy to talk to and truly tries to understand your concerns, realizes your strengths/weaknesses, what your capable of and communicates with you what works for your body, how you should eat, and really what you need to do to get to where you want to be. The training sessions are always different, individualized, targeting the muscles that I need/want to work on. His workouts are always fun and creative, using different things like weights, TRX, and mixing in cardio. He pushes me beyond my limits, and lets me realize how much more I am capable of doing. Without him as a trainer, I would never be able to successfully do any of the workouts (on my own). Also, I wouldnt know what kind of exercises to do to achieve the look/goals I want, and that's probably the main reason why I hired him as a trainer. He knows his stuff and can get you to your goals quick!!! He is a really good support system. He is meticulous about every detail, and I have learned that it's because every little detail really counts (you move your feet a bit closer and you're working out a complete different muscle group). This guy know his stuff and its quite impressive. Honestly, I have gained so much more than the dream body I wanted. I gained back the love for my body, as a result, my confidence, stamina and strength improved. I can run after my kids without having to stop to catch my breath, and that's a great feeling.    Read moreI came to this gym because I liked that it was girls only and that they had weight training classes with an instructor and I saw all the positive reviews but after coming here a few times I stopped. I was really committed to coming the whole year that I bought the full year so I can get the âdiscountâ because it is a good value to pay $2000 and be able to sign up for daily classes but once I actually attended a class it was strenuous on my body. Because of past injuries I couldnât do certain workouts and the lady hosting the class was so nasty about it the way she kept trying to yell and push me and call me out. I was struggling to even adjust the machines as it was day one and we are rotating to different machines and obviously the other girls have been there before and use the machine and Iâm struggling to use the leg press machine because the girl before me had a heavy plate on it and I almost crush my leg because I couldnât lock it so it wouldnât cave in and the pushy instructor was on the other side of the room and was not paying attention. Thank god I figured it out. I decided to come back a few more times with different instructors but it just wasnât for me. If I knew their idea of fitness was bootcamp style classes I wouldâve never signed up especially for a full year. I mainly wanted private training lessons at a girls gym and I was told they donât offer that. I also didnât hear from the nutritionist they offer with the plan. If you do want to sign up with them I would say attend one class or a few before you do a full year like me. You have to be physically fit to be able to benefit from their classes and I wish that the lady I spoke to initially did talk to me about that before I wasted my money. After losing a coach and not having as much motivation I kept looking for other gyms but working out at dream body was definitely it for me. It pushed me to change my scenery of what I was used to and was looking forward to book my classes! The trainers pushed me to keep going when I wanted to give up! Playlist is always on point which was something huge for me to keep going!
The manager Vale at Dream body is very sweet and made the process very easy! She brings such a light of joy to this atmosphere , she will come around while you doing the classes and keep motivating you to push through. And will keep you accountable for booking your classes!
Huge shoutout to Coach Letty for being an amazing trainer but also for making sure I always go heavy on the weights! Her support and dedication during class to help and support others to be a better version of themselves truly helps! âRemember pain is only temporaryâ is something she will always say but that will always push me to just get it done because it will feel great after!
