EDIT 2022/11/21 : the company followed up with my complaints and we came to an agreement that made it more acceptable to keep the floor model instead of a new one. changing my review from 2 to 4 stars since they did follow up and owed up to their mistakes.

Sent me a floor model for a new sofa bed purchase and now i am continuing to find wood splinters coming out of the mattress.

I purchased and placed a holding deposit. When they delivered it, it came wrapped poorly which made me question the condition of the product. I asked twice if it was brand new and they said yes- until i examined the sofa and random wood splinter pieces started coming out. Selling used as new- so unethical and unprofessional.

I complained and the owner konstantine said he admitted sending the floor model because they didn’t have anything in stock due to the war in ukraine. At the time of the purchase they confirmed that they had stock in the warehouse and we had placed a deposit. He was very pleasant and helpful when i was shopping in the showroom - but i felt like I was talking to the different person.

It was so frustrating so I asked them to replace it with new sofa even it’s a different color from what I wanted(they had a similar one in the warehouse) but they asked me to pay $800 more if I wanted it new. They offered a refund but i had my in laws visiting soon so that wasn’t an option.

What’s done is done but I want to warn others. You may find good deals but you might run into some situations like this. I learned my lesson...

I’ve been looking for a couch for quite some time. I went to multiple stores and just wasn’t able to find a couch that would look nice and would actually be comfortable to sit on. After seeing a commercial on instagram for Create Comforts I thought to myself “those couches look great but I would never buy a couch online”, only to find out that they have a showroom in Red Hook, Brooklyn. To my surprise, the furniture that Create Comforts sells looks SO MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. But most importantly, they have multiple options of firmness, sizes and style that will probably satisfy even a picky shopper like myself. In addition to that, Dima who met me at the store was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful without pressuring me into making any decisions. I decided to go with the Hilton sofa with ottoman that was available for delivery pretty much next day. (!!!😃) The delivery team showed up on time, unpackaged and carefully installed my beautiful sofa and checked every corner of it to see that it is spotless. Beyond happy with our visit to Create Comforts showroom in Red Hook! Recently purchased an apartment abroad we were looking for good quality and stylish furniture. Originally visited the showroom for look around and have ideas but could not resist and made an excellent purchase. 3 beds and two chair seats for our living room. It was great to sit down with someone and explain our visit and style, we were shown multiple options, it waS really hard to decide since they had great pieces!

The best part of it all was placing our order and asking if it was possible for the items to be kept at their warehouse until a shipping company picked them up to ship overseas. The customer service throughout this process (which can sometimes be hectic and chaotic due to logistics) was great. We received constant updates throughout this time and very diligent and detailed instructions and assistance for the shipping company to eventually pick up the items once they had arrived.

Items are now at their final destination and they look great, the quality and tule is top notch!
