Fun Station USA — Attraction in New York

some games where not working ,attendant came to 1 and when I ask about the others he said give me a few I asked of I should wait by the other 2 that were not working which were water ducks and basket ball for the toddler he said no just give me a few ,I them asked ik so then where should I wait for you, he then replied just give me a few ,the rsst of my time spent there he never came back to me .my mom told me I should have a party there I said yea no ,alot if games not working I cant go in to the tunnel maze with my toddler so of I let him in on his own I will have to hope he doesnt get hurt but kids that are my size smh so I didnt let my toddler go which upsetting. him so much and disappointed him .the only way I would come back and why I gave 5 stars is because the lady's and attendants for rides where super friendly really nice smiles willing to help,as the last herd me complaint to my mom she felt bad about the game I mentioned not working and gave me some bonus credits for the prizes, we stayed longer spent more money and won prizes we wanted, overall the friendly staff made for a good visit, just be careful of other people my mom had a autistic big kids come up to her and started to what looked like he was waving his arms not sure of he was trying to hit her or push her or hug her but after a few m kh minutes I guess his family member came and...

As a child I would never think I would have to write a review. Especially this bad. I went here as a camp trip thinking it would be fun because that was what the pictures showed. It was completely different. As soon as I saw the awning outside. It was broken and the place looked run down, I didn’t think much of it until we walked in. There was a slight smell of sweat and batting cages were absolutely dirty, dusty, and disgusting. We only got 20 tickets and I only played 3 games, including a basketball game that didn’t even give out the balls. The only good thing in there were the rides. They where free of charge and working well. I think the worst part was the seating area where we ate our pizza. It was very sticky in there and it was just weird. The soda was flat and the plates were flimsy. None of the staff were in the room to pick up the mess that was made. The tables were stained and sticky. I also heard from one of my friends that there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom and she had to use hand sanitizer to clean off her hands. I don’t think it was worth the money my parents paid. It was not a good place to go and I would not recommend this area to go as a camp trip or as a family outing. We are kids and all we ask is to have fun, especially during the summer. Please fix this...

This place was amazing! We had our son's 7th birthday party here last Sunday, the owner was so helpful and accommodating, from the first day we walked in he was so helpful, the place was super clean. Paulina called me a few days before the party to make sure all my needs were pleased, also she called a few days after the party to make sure everything went well. My entire family and friends were so happy and pleased to be there, the games were all working, I was a little concerned about that. The cake was huge and beautiful, the inside had ice cream (Chocolate) that was a nice surprise! But I have to say the #1 reason why our party was so wonderful is because of Jovanna's leadership, she made sure everyone was looking when pictures were taking, she made sure everyone was having a good time, she helped me decorated and was on top of every detail. Thank you to the entire staff of Fun Station USA for making my son's birthday party such a success, I hope my daughter decides on having her birthday party here this year, because they give a nice discount...
