Maynila — Restaurant in New York

If you're in the area and would like to check out samplings of Philippine style meals, they have many of them here. I enjoyed mine: pork stew in curdled blood (or dinuguan) plus sweet pork cuts (tocino) with rice. This place also offers many other items from the Philippines and so I did some shopping for snack food items. You basically can't eat inside anymore. Everything is to go and so it's better to call before you arrive so they can prepare, as they suggested. I am surprised they have been there for 20 years and so that shows...

WOW! Just relocated to NY and into Staten Island. Passed by to enjoy lunch from the "home land," and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Clean, friendly and super delicious...what more could I have asked for? I'm so far away from family that it felt so good in there; A TASTE of HOME! Sarap! I WILL be back and I even took home food for tonights dinner with MZ and for tomorrows baon to work ;-) Generous sized servings cooked with care, you can taste it! Thank you for being nice and friendly people....

Cute and quaint place to get some authentic, hot, fresh, and delicious Filipino food! We usually stop by here to pick up food during our trips to our family in Staten Island. The restaurant and food store is located in a kind-of-strip-mall area, so there’s plenty of parking. The staff is kind and friendly. The place is clean, neat, and organized.
