Very rude

Update: I was going to just post rude and leave it at that but since you asked.... We tried to call and place a large order for Mother’s Day. we had heard about your restaurant through a friend. We wanted to see how much time we would need to give for a large order so we could plan out our day and to see if a large order was possible on a holiday. If it was a no that would have been fine too but you guys took it to a whole other level. We asked about what would be included if we ordered in large quantities. The menu we found online was very simple. All we asked were a few simple questions since we were new to your restaurant and could not find a more detailed menu. Well, in response to our questions, we very clearly heard an employee yell in the background * THIS IS NOT F*ING TACO BELL!” . So I asked the girl on the phone why would you guys say that? She had no response. And I also said, that really isn’t how you should treat first time customers. Also, you should know that we were extremely taken aback as the phone was on speaker and so in front of our mother and grandmother ( on Mother’s Day!) someone cursed at me over the phone for simply asking for clarification on a menu. I went with my daughter and a fellow student and her family, with the intention of enjoying a pleasant moment as a celebration of the girls' graduation, we chose this place to eat and the truth is, what a shame to say that we received rude and rude treatment On the part of the lady who was responsible for serving us, who had an extremely rude attitude, she seemed arrogant and hateful. She is tactless when dealing with customers so I had to let her know how badly she was acting and yet she continued with the same attitude so we were left with no choice but to proceed to leave.

What a shame that there are people like that lady working in the customer service area.

Tried a takeout from this restaurant, relying on good reviews, and an appearance. They have live entertainment, and the place looks nice. However the food i got was completely disappointing. Chicken quesadilla was lacking flavor, the pieces of chicken were hard and hardly fresh and the fries were clearly reheated. Not sure if i got a leftovers or the end of the shift, but unless they improve, i cannot...
