Two hero’s,and chicken Ceaser wrap, 3 bags of chips,3 sodas $$$$$ 70.00 $$$$. Prices didn’t match what they show on board. I would never complain about price if I didn’t feel ripped off but that all would’ve changed if the food was delicious!!! Chicken was microwaved and old. Italian heroes actually sucked. You should be embarrassed serving that out of Staten Island!! You can have my money don’t care but will never be back and I will make sure anyone I know don’t give you guys another dime.. You want to charge that amount make sure the food speaks for itself then people will be able to swollow the prices you charge.. We ate half the heros and wrap took one bite and thrown away.I ate subway once in my life and I would eat subways over this place. Night staff are always rude and under cooks food. I’ve tried this spot 4 times within a week and a half the first experience was amazing. The last 3 not so much I’ll never return. Ordered fries one visit and they were so undercooked I threw them right into the trash. Went last night and the guy tried charging me $14.99 for a sandwich that says $9.99 on the menu. His response was that the menus are 4 years old. Not my problem dude sounds like the store owners problem. He took the sandwich back and refused to give it to me for $9.99 after threatening me that I had to pay for it. Kept saying they made it already so I needed to pay. Wasn’t going to happen shoppers beware and watch what they’re ringing up. The last visit I noticed the price was higher than the menu, but it was only like a $1 difference. Wasn’t about to pay a $5 difference this time the food...
