GR gallery — Attraction in New York

Let me start off by saying that I have appreciated visiting GR Gallery numerous times over the years while they were at their previous location. I had also posted the majority of their pictures they had on Yelp (I have now deleted them), & had previously written a 5-Star Review on Yelp (deleted that as well), while they had and continue to have an overall Poor 1-Star Rating on Yelp.

I visited the "Freaks" Exhibit Opening today Saturday 9/13/.25. The earlier part of the evening. staff were lovely, kind, & wonderful. The later part of the evening included a self-entitled, pompous, rude, mean, wife of a man that entitled himself as " GR Gallery". The wife made some mean, vile statements. The husband was encouraging & applauding her antics. Although I have enjoyed visitng GR Gallery when they were located at the previous location, I will no longer be supporting GR Gallery at 116 Chambers St. It is atrocious to be disrespected; to have that happen by people that should respect gallery patrons. The way she spoke "down" to me & talked "down" in that employee's presence was unacceptable. It is not ok to applaud self-entitled individuals. Applauding artists, going to reputable, respectable, & decent galleries & following them on their social media platforms is essential. However supporting places like GR Gallery is not essential at all & I will support them no further....I request them to remove me from their...

Ordered a limited edition print - it was packaged poorly with ZERO protection in the thinnest tube I have seen in 15 years. The tube was severely damaged during transit which resulted in crinkle marks down the entire center of the print. GR gallery took no responsibility, blamed the carrier, blamed me for not choosing a "better shipping option", blamed the fictitious person living at my home who "may have received and damaged it" before giving it to me.
