My forever film lab in Tribeca I’ve shot film for over a decade and tried so many spots, and Trilogy Photo Lab is my favorite. Marc and the family are kind, respectful, and straight‑up professionals, so every visit feels like chatting with friends who really know their craft and truly care about the art. A few weeks ago I dropped off three rolls of 35 mm and couldn’t believe how fast the scans hit my inbox - clean, true colors, no dust. Last week I dropped off more rolls and got the same high quality speedy work - I’ve never had this kind of consistency anywhere else. Their prices also just make sense, especially now that film costs are all over the place. Fresh rolls on the shelf are competitive and developing fits within my budget. Not to mention the shop has a real Tribeca NYC vibe - lots of charm and easily accessible wherever you are in the city. Long story short: My negatives aren’t going anywhere but Trilogy Photo Lab. Highly recommend.

A Hidden Gem in Tribeca. Highly Recommend! I stumbled upon Trilogy Photo Lab while looking for a place to get passport photos for my daughter, and I’m so glad I did. This place is a true hidden gem with an old-school New York vibe that’s hard to find these days. Marc was incredibly welcoming and engaging. He took the time to give my daughter helpful tips on how to use an instant camera (which, by the way, they sell at a great price). His passion for photography really shines through, and it made the whole experience feel personal and special. Another staff member whose name I didn’t catch was also super friendly and scored extra points for being a Knicks and Liberty fan! Whether you need photos developed, passport pictures taken, or just want to support a local, authentic NYC business, Trilogy is absolutely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Couldn’t tell you how happy I am with the service. They professionally framed my piece of art at a fraction of the cost it costs at places like Framebridge and you’re supporting a local business. Extremely high quality, fast turnaround and convenient in the neighborhood. 100% recommended. Also did passport photos

Went to about three different Duane Reades and UPS stores one day trying to find a place that still printed photos to no avail even though I had both flash drive and a usb cable for my device. Thankfully one of them pointed me to Trilogy and I arrived just as they were about to close. Even though they weren’t positive at first if they could print right from my iPhone X they were kind enough to stay open, work with me to see if it was possible (it was!), provided thorough service color correcting and cropping each image to my specifications and made sure I was happy w/those that didn’t perfectly fit the standard photo sizes. I walked out w/a lovely pack of my 10-15 photos printed right on the spot all for way less than I had expected to pay. So professional, helpful, and courteous - not to mention there were tootsie rolls! 100% will return the very next time I need some digital photos printed. Very grateful for such a...

I've been meaning to review this place for the longest time because the man who helped me (may be owner but unsure) went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I've been meaning to thank him for that. I came in here a few months back to have an old roll of film from late '90s w photos my parents took of me and our family when I was a baby. I immediately could tell I came to a good establishment, and the help I received confirmed that. I wanted some but not all photos printed (college student on a budget) but wanted to print and frame some for my grandma and parents as gifts and also keep a few for myself. The man who helped me was so nice and patient as I marked individual photos I wanted printed, ones I didn't and ones I wanted two of. So kind, patient, and understanding. In the end he printed all of them for me and I was touched and extremely grateful. So thank you so much for that and I'm sorry it took me forever...
