I do NOT recommend taking this tour, i had an accident 2 weeks ago, by the end of the tour in the middle of the Brooklyn Bridge, someone else’s crash me from behind and I fell down (causing me an elbow dislocation). I am not American citizens and it makes me feel even worse! I didn’t know how to get the right medical attention. Our turist guide wasn’t even there when it happened, he realized until the end that I was missing and he only got back for the bike and left me there. I have to walked down by myself and asked for assistance from a policeman that saw me in pain. There were plenty of times and situations that were NOT right during the tour, if you wanted to feel save and cared this will not be an option. The receptionist was also very rudely when we arrived and when he knew about my situation he was joking and making fun about what had happened to me. Bad experience and terrible...

So… if they had just made things right, I would have given 5 stars. In principle the e-bikes are in pretty good shape. I rented 2 x e-bikes for 4 hours to tour up the Hudson and through Central Park. After about 2.5 hours in… my daughter’s bike went from 4 bars of power to completely zero power. Getting back was less than fun. The store manager simply said sorry and offered an extra hour the next day if we wanted to rebook. Naturally, that was not a convenient solution to the problem. He then pointed to a “all sales final” sign. So… be aware!!! They will not accommodate...

The smartest thing I did on my trip to the city was to rent an e-bike from Fancy Apple. Reserved it online at 7am picked it up at their Church Street location at 8am. The bike had good power and was super easy to operate. I went everywhere the subway takes you only above ground going through little Italy, Chinatown. Brooklyn, East Village, Chelsea Pier and all the way up to Central Park. Their second location is there and I got a fresh battery. Very great service a d the best way to see the city and its...

I found fancy apple on Google because it’s near Central Park , it’s two blocks away,i brought my family here, i rented two electrical bikes honestly it was so nice and fun i would definitely do it again , fancy apple staff was very welcoming and fast with getting you a bike you didn’t have to wait and they have plenty of bikes, it’s literally two blocks walking distance from Central Park.

Great experience! Me and my wife rented out an e-scooter and it was a blast! We crossed the Brooklyn bridge and landed to Dumbo easy and relaxed. We locked it, eat and relax. Went back to Manhattan quick before our time out. Jerome is the man! He help us out, teach us important features of the scooter and directions.
