I rarely write reviews, but after my recent visit, I felt compelled to share how exceptional the experience was. A.J., the nighttime laundromat attendant was professional, friendly, thoughtful, and turned what’s typically a tedious chore into something unexpectedly pleasant.

Professionalism From the moment I walked in, the attendant exuded calm and competence. They greeted me with a warm smile, thanked me for my courtesy and patience and offered help before I even realized it. Their knowledge of the facilities was evident, and the service is an improvement from other shifts. He is the Second Gentleman I have crossed paths with here that offer exceptional customer service.

Friendliness What stood out the most was their genuine friendliness. He created a welcoming atmosphere that made the space feel less like a monotonous errand and more like a brief, pleasant break in the evening.

Thoughtfulness Music that Made the Task Effortless Perhaps the crowning touch was the carefully curated playlist. The music selection was perfectly mood-appropriate—soft, melodic, and unobtrusive—driving away the humdrum boredom of folding and sorting. Each song seemed to pace the evening just right, turning what could be a slow, boring task into a rhythm-based flow. It felt as if the attendant had tailored the playlist to complement the moment, making the time glide by with ease.

Very much frustrated. For the most part it’s a clean store. However my issue has to do with the card system I’ve place money on my card only for it to work one week and then stop working the other week I’ve left my number with the staff many times who told me that management would be in contact with me and that has never happened. The last time it happened before was week of November 4th my card with 40 dollars on it wasn’t working in any of the machines. I was told there’s nothing that could be done. I reluctantly purchased a new card however the machine charged me the fee and never gave me the card. I have the video on my phone . The staff then told me I would need to come back to the store and sit between 4 and 8 pm because management would be there sometime between those hours. To the management of this franchise I just wanna say this 50 dollars to you may not mean anything. But I and everyone that frequents that place work very hard for our money so to have it just disappear without any means of recovery or even an attempt to rectify or fix the problem is very...

Nice, clean, and spacious. The worker was nice and greeted me as I came in.

The prices are outrageous, though. Get this: 8 minutes of dryer is 49cents. I unfortunately had to come here because building's laundromat locked me out. The card is $3 (no deposit back so those $3 are gone) and just drying my clothes I've used up almost all the $7 that I got after depositing $10. Also be aware the dryer is intentionally set to Medium heat so don't forget to change to High (or Low). Probably so people don't notice and end up spending more money. No offense, this place's prices are a rip-off. If I didn't have to come here out of desperation, well, you know, I wouldn't have lol.
