Eastchester Library — Attraction in New York

My wife took my 1 year old to an event here called Process Art Playdate and said that she had made it maybe 10 minutes late and the event hasn’t been set up yet. So when she went up to the front desk to ask what was going on the employees (about 3 girls and 1 guy) all collectively looked reluctant to setup the event and told the guy “nah it’s you today” and he sighed real loud. So yeah we should’ve seen the previous review because these people sucked. I didn’t know their jobs were so hard and tiring that they would be reluctant to tend to a person who came in with a child to have fun at an event. It’s almost as if my wife and child were a nuisance to the employees who didn’t want to get off of instagram/tiktok for a few minutes just to do something meaningful with their apparently gracious and sacred time. I hate this library I only go there because my printer does not work if it was not for that reason I would never go back. The librarians ( an old hispanic men, old caribbean lady and old african american lady) are SO RUDE so rude for no apparent reason, they always have an attitude or stupid remarks. Professionalism means nothing to them, forget being polite to any of them they won't respond to a simple good morning. They're people in need of jobs and they would definitetly be better for this library because these librarians seem to hate their job. Oh my god. This library is generally good. I mean, sometimes it's really hard to concentrate. I generally come here to code, which doesn't require silence, but it would be nice to have sometimes. There's this creepy old guy that watches porn. It's not really porn, but it's like pictures of naked women and he thinks he's slick, but I've noticed. Uhm, there's this lady who sings out loud and nobody says anything?? I'm not bothered, but it's alarming sometimes, because it sounds like she's sobbing hysterically half the time.
