No 1 — Restaurant in New York

Horrible!!!! I regret giving them money. I went in there very pleasant gave them my order, told her I was paying via Apple Pay. The lady Just slammed the machine on the table. I tried to put my phone facing the screen so the Apple Pay can go through. It would not go through at least two times and I asked her to please show me where I need to place my phone so it can go through. She had such a nasty attitude and kept shaking her head. She was even slamming her hand on the table, as if it was annoying the fact that her machine was not picking up my card or that she could not tell me where to place my phone. This is your business, you need to tell customers where to put the phone. Finally, she tells me “blue thing” A flashing blue light above the machine, completely different from any other establishments that I’ve ever been to. But okay, I proceeded to do just that. She took the machine away after the payment went through and almost tossed my receipt. I was not feeling well, so I didn’t have the energy to tell her about her behavior so I just decided to write a review instead. Worst customer service, worst food,...

The service is good for what you expect from a Chinese restaurant in the bronx. I ordered for pick up and she hung up before telling me how long. It's busy for them at 10:40pm and they close at 11pm, so i get it. They have to deal with alot of headaches from customers in this area. The food is good. I think all Chinese restaurants have the same recipes and get there food from the same distributor. Keep up the good work guys.

I feel sorry for the bad review below me, but they are not "clowns." I've been ordering from here every Friday for YEARS. I would say about 10 years. The food is always cooked to perfection, and a bang for your buck. I always tip them because they deliver so fast. I tried other Chinese restaurants, but I always come back to them because their food is just wonderful. They take down your order very fast, and say it back to you just to make sure.
