Primeclass Lounge Terminal 4 (owner) 3 days ago Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Sanjay. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us.
I THINK YOU NEED TO REVISIT ON YOUR STANDARDS ! I travel the world, but the worst customer interaction and biased policy I saw at this lounge. That’s the reason most of the reviews are negative and talks about RUDE BEHAVIOUR by your staff. Not taking right action is also your high standard, I guess !
I hope next time you listen to customer feedback and then set hight standards for your customers, and avoid diplomatic replies.
We had the worst experience at the Prime class lounge on 7th November. The staff there is too rude, all three ladies possess a racist behaviour. We had to catch a flight in Emirates airlines, though the lounge was more than 50% was empty as you can see from the attached pics they did not allow us to enter for 30 mins saying these seats are reserved for other guests and airlines. Spoke to my family in a very rude behaviour which I did not encounter in entire US during my visit. It seems they feel nobody is watching them and they can behave with guest the way they want. Strict action should be taken action such behaviour and @JKFAIRPORT Authority should investigate the issue and make employees accountable. Avoid going to this lounge is what I would strongly recommend, and airlines like @Emirates should take dis associate with such lounge as they differentiate in airline guests. Photos are...
Read moreI arrived at JFK about 3 hours prior to my boarding time. As such, I opted to use my priority pass benefit. When I looked to see what lounges were available at terminal 4 there were 3 options. The first option appears to be the best, but also noted that priority pass access is not available beyond 1:30 pm. Prineclass was the next option. It was easy to find based on the note in the app indicating that it is located at gate A2.
As is typically for these lounges, there was a wait. There are small signs at the check in counter noting that you make get on the wait list. I really think it would be helpful to add the ability to add yourself to the wait list prior to your arrival. Seems like that would be something easy to offer and would make this process less staff dependent. The staff at the front appeared to be beyond agitated with guest not knowing that they had to add themselves to the wait list. If this can’t be added to the app, maybe add a large sign at the door with instructions.
The lounge is a decent size with mainly couch seating. There is a small food and drink area that offered sandwiches, salads, muffins and pastries and various drink options. The staff were not friendly and also seemed agitated. The area was also not clean. Additionally, I tried 4 USB plugs and none of them worked. Last, but not least, they don’t have a restroom area. This is probably the worst lounge I...
Read moreOur gate was out of Terminal 4, we headed to Primeclass Lounge with our boarding passes. It is located next to gate A2, and open 24 hours, which is helpful when your flight is super early or super late. We arrive a little after 7AM, and the lounge was not too busy with small number of travelers. It was spacious with a good amount of seatings. Nothing fancy, but basic lounge that allows you to hang out and relax until your flight is ready to board.
They had some food and drink options, and since it was the morning time, they mostly had breakfast type food. I was surprised to see some cup noodles there. I somehow enjoy having a cup noodle at an airport lounge. They had typical drink offerings like coffee, soda, juice, etc. Again, nothing fancy but basic items that I expected to see at an airport lounge.
They did have some hot and cold food though, such as turkey bacon, eggs, crudité, yogurt, etc. I thought they had a nice option of different type of food. Something for everyone. They have alcoholic beverage, such as bee and wine.
The Primelounge has the flight information on the screens on the wall, so you can keep your eye on your flight status. It is also disabled access, so a traveler on a wheelchair and such can access the...
