Jamali Floral & Garden — Attraction in New York

I ordered 5 cases of 4 trapezoid lanterns. Arrived very fast, and very well packaged. However a tank wouldn’t have survived what the shipping company put them through. Though the boxes were labeled fragile, they arrived with completely crushed corners, holes from fork lifts, and blown out on the sides obviously having something heavy put on them. Surprisingly thanks to the packing only three of the 20 were broken. I emailed customer service at 7pm Wednesday evening with photos, explaining I was in a pinch for time and wasn’t if I would receive replacements in time. Got home Friday from work and the package waiting for me, all were undamaged despite not being handle well yet again. Thank you so much Jamali you were amazing!
