08/22 - 10:50 pm , Clock Tower This was the first time my friends and I came here (group of 4). We usually have our go to escape room but we decided to try a new one. We got there and we lost time bc we had to use the bathroom quickly (red flag #1). Sergio was nice & got us started on the game. We were having a nice time. But whoever Sergio was working with tonight (guy at the front desk), had a horrible attitude. The game in general is pretty flimsy but especially in the 2nd room, there was a spinning item and it said to not spin it or twist it — which we did not! One of the chests in the game locked so we were assisted by the guy from the front desk & he says “i’ll just solve it for you”. He proceeds to try and fix the spinning item and he goes “did you guys twist or spin this” we said “no it just fell” , he then goes “yes you did”; like excuse me! That was really rude of him. I wouldn’t go back. We did not end up finishing the game. We were thinking about finishing it but we changed our minds. We recommend the escape game in brooklyn or nyc!
