I had such a bad experience that left my skin severely irritated. Started with poor communication regarding rescheduling my appointment. I canceled, but decided to give them a second chance and try again. When I arrived today, I immediately felt uncomfortable by the way the receptionist interacted with me. I felt unwelcome based on our initial interactions via text regarding me rescheduling. I made the decision to stay since I was already there. The woman that gave me the facial only spoke twice - responding to my hello when she walked in and announcing she was done after the facial. She didn’t walk me through the procedure or asked if I was ok. I chose a 65 minute facial, but from the time I walked in (sitting down, filling out forms, etc.) to the time I was back in the elevator leaving was 54 minutes. Facial was mediocre at best. I have no idea what products were used and now I have skin irritation and inflammation. After the facial, I felt pressured into paying taxes and leaving a tip, which i understand is standard, but I felt borderline harassed over it. Before leaving, the receptionist made an effort to bring up our initial conversations leaving me upset over their lack of professionalism by ignoring my calls and texts and laughed it off in my face then asked how the facial was like nothing.
